If you don't know about Michelle - YOU NEED TO. What an amazing woman and so talented, so patient, so thoughtful, smart I cannot say enough wonderful things about her - she has taught me so much and teaches me something new every time we talk!!! If I could give her a 10 start rating, I'd give her 20! Love Her!!!

Michelle is a freakin' genius. She is a miracle worker and can do things with Microsoft and Abacus that even their own tech supports can't. She knows shortcuts and tips that make life so much easier. She's a gem. I'd highly recommend her services (and I have) to anyone.

Michelle has made the experience of using and customizing Abacus a breeze. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, reliable and punctual. There is nothing she can't do! We would be lost without all of the work Michelle performs for us. If you are using Abacus, you need Michelle Lyons!

Last year, we set up a new office with Abacus. After soon realizing we needed help customizing Abacus to fit our practice we were referred to Michelle. Michelle has been priceless over the past 12 months helping us set up and customize Abacus to fit our practice and to integrate with our other programs, including Word. She is extremely responsive and efficient, understanding our problems quickly and finding easy solutions to sometimes very complicated problems. She is just as spectacular as her reviews say she is.
